We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elodie K purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within seven days of receiving for store credit available for 30 days. Shipping cost is non refundable.
- You must ship your Return to Elodie K. within 7 days of receiving date.
- Your Return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.
- You must include the original Packing Slip with your Return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, please download and include with your return package.
Please ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of returns are not paid for by Elodie K., and will not be reflected in your refund amount. Your return should be addressed to:

We will apply your credit within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return package. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the credit is applied.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Elodie K. item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like. Note: there are no refunds or exchanges for any special custom order request. If you have any questions regarding custom design requests, please contact us at; email@example.com.
If you received a gift purchased from the Elodie K. boutique, you may contact our Client Services office to obtain the original order information. You may return the gift by following the above Return Guidelines in exchange for store credit.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Elodie K. Client Services within 7 days of receiving date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or Elodie K. Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.
